MI 445 Project 1 - Detective Mouse and the Cattynip Dilemma (Ver. 1.0)

Created by Vy Luong for the MSU Game Design & Development I course, using a package of tutorial assets and pre-built scenes.

Game Description: Detective Constable Mouse has to give up his precious weekends to go investigate a bank robbery case, and stumbles upon a mystery that requires clues and logical reasoning.

Art Modifications (Blender)

- Player 3D model (Detective Mouse) and animations (Idle, Walk, Jump)

- Enemy 3D model (Dr. Cat)

- Environment 3D models (4 Buildings)

- Prop 3D model (Traffic Light)

Design Modifications (ProBuilder, Dialogue System, Unity)

- New dialogues and interactions

- Revamped main menu with additional UI buttons and pages

- A new, complete, cohesive, and interesting level with a story/gameplay centered around gathering clues to solve a mystery (with a little platforming and turn-based combat incorporated).

Gameplay Modifications

- Set up a Traffic Light Switch that turns a redlight to a greenlight and stops traffic flow.
